I am wondering if I should buy a kettlebell for exercise is it worth it or should I just use free weights..
A: Kettle bells are fantastic if you have the money. Honestly you can do a lot of the same movements with dumbbells or medicine balls with handles and of course they don't cost as much. I highly recommend you following a traditional free weight strength training program for 8 to 12 weeks to establish a baseline of fitness then venture into buying some videos on kettle bell training and integrate the dumbbells into it.
