GAINCLIENTS INC (PINK: GCLT) plunged by 47.92% and closed at $0.012. GCLT touched the day high of $0.023 with overall traded volume of 841,000 shares.

Nutrition 21, Inc. (PINK: NXXI) moved down by 18.18% to close at $0.018. NXXI touched the day low of $0.017 whereas total traded volume stood at 821,600 shares for the day. Nutrition 21, Inc. is a nutritional bioscience company and the marketer of Chromax chromium picolinate products and Iceland Health omega-3 fish oil-based supplements with health benefits substantiated by clinical research.

Kalahari Greentech, Inc. (PINK: KHGT) closed at $0.32 after reporting the fall of 13.51% with traded volume of 753,377 shares in the last trading day.  Kalahari Greentech Inc., formerly NextGen Bioscience Inc., is an energy company focused on developing, constructing and operating wind energy projects either on its own or in partnership with other energy companies.

Finally, the stock closed the market at a price of $0.062 for a share.

This Monday, the CEO of Pharmachem Laboratories, Inc., another manufacturer of nutritional ingredients, filed with the SEC his holdings of Nutrition 21, Inc. He currently owns 7,830,700 shares, or 7.5% of NXXI outstanding shares, all of the shares being purchased in several transactions conducted since the end of July. A week before that, another filing announced that 7.7 million shares have been issued to an institutional investor, who now owns 10.8% of the company's common stock.

The dilution seems not to bother investors and it sounds plausible that they could be expecting some news to come out soon, as it has been quiet around Nutrition 21 since the beginning of May. Then, the results of a human clinical study were announced, according to which the company's Chromax chromium picolinate improved memory function in elderly adults with early memory decline.
