I like the recumbent bike because it doesn't put pressure on my lower back. I'm thinking of exercizing on it 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Are there any health risks associated with the recumbent (such as overuse injuries)? Thanks.

The only thing that is really worrisome is if you go overboard and use it to much. Such as 2hrs or more a day, 5 days a week. Make sure the seat is well padded/cushioned. If it isn't, get a pad in the bike section of a local retailer.
