I've been alternating between running and using the elliptical crosstrainer. When I use the crosstrainer I put the resistance on 10 and sprint for aminute at about 220 rpm then go a minute at like 140 rpm and do that for a hour.
is this good for weight loss?
A: Honestly - it burns calories, and therefore it should be good fo rweightloss. Sounds complicated though. The elleptical i use has the crosstrainer program that makes you walk fast, ran, slow down, reverse, and then repeat. Easier - you can concentrate more on watching that movie, or listening to your music, instead of switching thorugh the settings.
It sounds like you're doing awesome though!
