I just purchased a Mini Stair Stepper from Target although it feels like a great cardio excercise. I'm worried that it wont do much for the toning of my lower body compared to a full size stair stepper?
It's been years since i've been on a full size from the gym but I remember the resistance being a little stronger.
Is it possible I can receive the same results from the mini...
A: I love the stepper. It is going to work if you use it correctly . I have created my own version for my clients. you need to get some weights and use it. but don't rely on it. you show me 1 exercise that will totally and forever workout your lower body and I will five up on fitness. its not out there. you need to use it and other methods of working out. Walking lunges. 1 leg squats, etc.
The question about same results? that's all up to you. are you going to work just as hard....
