I'm looking for a trainer but recognize nothing about them, so I'm asking all you experts and trainer aficionados for guidance. I've looked and see that prices alternate from $150 to $300 or more. I recently skim that triathletes name an commonplace of $160,000 a year but I certainly wasn't included in that inspection, so what I'm hoping is that you will reproach me the $150 models travail fair-minded as well as the $400 ones.
If you use a trainer, what likeness is it, how much did it tariff, and what do you about of it?
What is the conversion between the cheaper models and the costly ones?
I currently have and use a spinning bike, but figured it would be excel to work out on my true to life bike setup using a trainer. Revenge? Or not? Let me distinguish.
I will be doing Ironman Lake Placid next summer, so I will be putting in a lot of hours this winter on whatever indoor setup I end up choosing.
