Q: I am thinking of purchasing a Crazy fit machine. I am physically handicapped and cannot do lower body exercises. This machine seems to be something I can do. Has anyone used one or own one? Does it work?
A: For exercise to have results, your muscles need to do work, so that your body burns calories. If a machine moves your body for you, your muscles are not working.
I can see how doing regular exercises while vibrating could cause your muscles to work harder, but the vibrations on their own won't do anything.
If you are handicapped and are unable to move some parts of your body, a better idea might be one of those electronic muscle stimulators - these cause muscles...
